30 Days of Night

"In the far Northern Hemisphere, the small town of Barrow, Alaska, experiences a solid month of darkness every year. Though most of the residents head south for the winter, some townspeople remain behind. However, those that stay regret their decision when, one year, hungry vampires descend on Barrow to feed. Sheriff Eben (Josh Hartnett), his wife (Melissa George) and a dwindling band of survivors must try to last until dawn breaks over Barrow's monthlong twilight."

It's not showing downtown strangely enough. The Regal Mountlake 9 is as far south as it shown until Tacoma.

I used to work at a movie theatre [back when Episode One was on the Big Kahuna, my theatre had a fucking mondo screen], and as a result - I have a dim view of popcorn, ticket prices, really loud ass movies seen with a bunch of people and children I don't know, and used condoms.

Hope the movie is worth the nine bucks it costs; or did the rates go up again? Used to be six when I was in the business.

Depends, it is an extra $2 for used condoms in your popcorn.

I hear they offer a discount, though, if you're willing to dirty the condom IN the popcorn.

Course, it's hard to concentrate with all that burny... Hope it's a good discount...
