Updated Beta House Rules 8/27

I realized this morning that I didn't update the link properly and so the last update didn't go through. We added a couple of details and reposted.

Added Ghoul Rules

Added the LARP name to the document

Added the Tremere Clan Status / Starting Rank

Added Sect Status rules

Added a few more Combat Secondary Ability examples Made wording change to the listing for Combat Secondary Abilities

Made a few changes under ghouls Added new sections (to cover the stuff listed above that were added)

Renamed some sections (to cover the stuff listed above that were added) Continued to try to change "XP" to "experience" or "experience points" throughout the document
