Rule(s) Amendments:These will be updated in the rules document post haste, until then, here is what we have discussed and will be changing based on the last ST meeting:
Bows:- dex+archery
- Composite bow has the same stats as a long bow
- Cannot be combined with scopes
- Difficulty: 6
- Staking: +3 diff, 5 success on attack, and at least 3 damage
- Rate: 1 every 2 rounds
Changing Paths:As per the main book page 288
Blood Binding Mortals:Mortals can be blood bound and not ghouled; however, they cannot be used for any continual purpose until the purpose has been defined, xp spend, and the dots appropriately added the character sheet.
Example: 1) if you are going to use your blood bound mortal continually as a food supply, he needs to be added to your character sheet as "Herd" 2) if you want your blood bound building inspector to give you building permits, he needs to be added to your character sheet as an "Influence" 3) if you are going to use your blood bound mortal to drive you around town, he needs to be added to your character sheet as "Retainer" 4) etc...
Tracer Rounds:- First, they will be undergoing a cosmetic change and will be henceforth be known as "Magnesium Rounds". Thank you Darrin for not only bringing this to our attention but succinctly explaining the differences.
- Second, a change in mechanics. If all damage is not soaked by the initial test, the player must make a check specifically for the one point of aggravated damage without the use of the armor (as the round made it through the armor or was able to hit a vulnerable spot not covered in armor). This change does not effect Dragon’s Breath Rounds
- Lastly, A change to the "Acquisition Requirements" may be made in the future
